Missed sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
Refunds for workshops, group programs, or digital courses will follow the policy shared at registration.

All materials provided — including written guides, videos, recordings, and digital content — remain the property of Mark Zubia Method. You may not copy, share, or sell these materials without permission.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to attend lessons prepared and on time.
For minors, a parent or guardian must give consent for participation.
Respectful communication and conduct are required at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue services if necessary.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from lessons or coaching.
We are not responsible for injuries, technical failures, or damages resulting from use of our services.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
